As soon as your reward is confirmed and available in your balance, you can redeem it through our onsite Giftpay page. We will send the request to Giftpay, and you will receive a link to choose the brand you want your gift card for.

No. The referral reward is paid to the person sharing the referral link. Your friend does not receive a separate referral payment.

Rewards are not added immediately. They stay pending until the supplier confirms the deal, which may happen after the supplier's normal reporting and reconciliation cycle.
Rewards are calculated separately for electricity and gas. If a referred customer completes a electricity-only deal, you earn £10. If both electricity and gas qualify, you earn £20 in total.
