So, in under 60 seconds you’ll know how much you pay your provider relative to thousands of others who have the same service with them. Within a minute you’ll know if you’re paying too much or you’re on a cracking deal.
Stay and get a fairer deal:- Knowing if your bill is fair is just the beginning, if you find you’re paying too much we will contact your provider on your behalf, asking them to give you a fairer deal. No arguing on the phone with customer service; we do the hard work for you and thousands of people like you. In some cases we will be able to offer you a better deal from your current provider right now.
Switch and get a fairer deal:- For some people a straight switch might be the better option, so we offer that too. However at Ismybillfair we do it a little differently. To save you time we’ll firstly offer up what we think the best options are for you across the market, but if you’d like to look at all the deals we offer that option as well.

Using this data and a clever algorithm, we are able to show your price relative to what everyone else who gets the same service is paying. We then display the highest price, the lowest price and the average on our Priceometer.

We will explain to them what you are paying compared to others and encourage them to give you a fairer price. We are not in control of what they offer, but you will be one of thousands of others we are also talking to them about so by being part of a much larger group you will have much greater bargaining power. If we have already negotiated a better deal from your provider we will offer you that immediately.

This is because we need time to contact your provider, and your provider needs a little time to work out the best deal for you. Don’t worry we think it’ll be worth the wait and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Remember, if we have already negotiated a better deal from your provider we will let you sign up to that immediately.

Sometimes its better for you to sign up on the provider's own website so we send you there instead of having you sign up on our website. Therefore the time it takes depends a little on which new provider you choose.
